Welcome to Nautilus Marina. Our marina was founded 50 years ago, by the Olympic gold medal sailor Agostino Straulino as a port and shipyard, and is the oldest-established marina on the Roman coastline. Nautilus Marina is only ½ an hour from the centre of Rome and 10 minutes from Fiumicino International Airport, which is just 1 mile up the coast.
We provide secure, easily- accessible and well-equipped mooring for approximately 220 boats of all sizes. Mooring space is available either on water or ashore or inside our spacious shed.
Ground facilities include the ship chandlery , the coffee shop, the bar and our excellent restaurant.
The Yacht Club
The Club overlooking the Tiber river has, over the years, become a popular base for those who have a passion for the sea or for those who wish to learn more about it. The cosy and friendly atmosphere here makes it the ideal meeting place for enthusiasts to exchange opinions and knowledge and to discuss equipment, crews and sailing in general.
The Sailing School
Nautilus Marina’s sailing school is run in association with FIV and CONI national authorities. Members have their own area where sailing classes are held. Up-to-date methods are used to train skippers and crew and to launch students into competitive racing. Thanks to the recognition of our expertise in this field, we also take part in the organization of a number of popular shows and sporting events.
